Gonsalo Hernandez

Gonsalo Hernandez has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Executive at Service by Medallion since November 2022. Previously, Gonsalo held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Brilliant General Maintenance from May 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing a significant account with Tesla and overseeing a large number of accounts and employees in the Bay Area. Prior roles include Area Supervisor at Customized Performance, Inc., supervising multiple accounts and teams, and Janitorial staff positions at DMS and Bayer Corporation, focusing on facility maintenance and compliance.
