Ken Lipinski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Ken is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC, where they oversee the company's training program and has contributed to its significant growth in employee numbers. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources/Head of HR at Westcoast Gate & Entry Systems, where they played a key role in the acquisition of several brands. Ken also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CoolSys - Refrigeration and HVAC Systems, contributing to its growth and acquisition of leading brands within the industry. Ken has also held senior HR roles at Sparton Corporation, Lonseal Inc., Hoffman Southwest Corp. dba Roto-Rooter, and The Shaw Group. Ken has a strong track record in integrating HR and business goals, developing HR practices, and implementing culturally sensitive policies. Ken began their career as an Office Manager at TransWestern Publishing and a Human Resources Representative at ServiceCraft Logistics.

Ken Lipinski, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree of Arts (B.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Fullerton in 2002. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree of Arts (A.A.) from Santa Ana College between 1997 and 2000. In terms of certifications, Ken obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014. In February 2015, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the SHRM Certification institution. Additionally, in December 2009, Ken received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
