Carly Fleming

Carly Fleming is an experienced professional in data analytics and engineering, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Analytics and Engineering at SEIU since November 2019. Prior to this role, Carly held several positions in the City of New York's Public Engagement Unit, including Director and Deputy Director of Data and Analytics, contributing to initiatives that support full-day Pre-K programs. Carly's previous experience includes roles at the NYC Department of Education as a Data Consultant, and at AFL-CIO as an Assistant Infrastructure Engineer, where efforts were made to enhance data-driven campaign tactics. Carly also worked as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at MEC, and held various positions in political and research settings, including as a Legislative Aide in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a Media Coordinator for a congressional campaign. Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Boston University and has international educational experience from Boğaziçi University.
