Jason Oringer

Jason Oringer is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in research and corporate accountability campaigns, currently serving as a Senior Research Coordinator and Strategic Initiatives Coordinator at SEIU since April 2014. In addition, Jason has been working as a consultant in strategic research and coordination since September 2013, supporting unions and non-profits. Previously, Jason held roles at SEIU United Service Workers West as an Organizing Coordinator/Senior Research Analyst and at Workers United, UNITEHere, and UNITE as a Research Coordinator. Jason's early career included positions with the California Faculty Association, AFL CIO Organizing Institute, and United Steelworkers. Jason holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from The University of New Mexico and a BS in Psycobiology from the University of California, Riverside, along with experiential education at Augsburg University.
