John Gray has extensive experience in legislative affairs and public policy, currently serving as the Director of Legislative Affairs and Deputy Director of Government Affairs at the Service Employees International Union since March 2013. Prior to this role, John worked at NOAA, leading the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, where responsibilities included representing the agency's interests to Congress and advising senior officials.
