Jonathan Kaspari

Jonathan Kaspari is an experienced data capacity leader currently serving as the Assistant Director of Data Capacity at SEIU since November 2009. In this role, Jonathan oversees a remote team of fifteen, including four managers, and plays a key part in planning and implementing the organization’s political, organizing, and member data programs. Jonathan collaborates with SEIU leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer, to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Previous positions include Manager of Organizing Data, where Jonathan coordinated campaigns that benefited millions of low-wage workers, and Senior Database Specialist, where Jonathan was instrumental in launching the national Fast Food campaign. Jonathan also served as Deputy Regional Field Director for Obama for America in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
