Jordan Parshall

Jordan Parshall is an experienced field organizer and director with a strong background in union representation and community organizing. Currently serving as a Field Organizer at SEIU since April 2024, Jordan previously worked as a Field Director for Community for Kina Collins and as a Union Representative for IBEW Local 1220. Additional experience includes roles at Intelligentsia Coffee Inc. as a Shift Lead, Twin Cities Co-op Partners as a Cheesemonger, Peace Coffee as a Barista, and Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board as a Planning Intern. Jordan also has a history of political engagement, having worked as a Field Director for Neighbors for Lisa Bender and as a Field Organizer for the MN Senate DFL and Minnesota DFL Party. Educational credentials include a degree from Augsburg University, completed in December 2017.
