Najib Hayat is the Founder, CEO & President of NHK Consultants, specializing in accounting, tax planning, governance, risk management and compliance advisory services. He has extensive knowledge and years of experience in financial and IT audit, Governance, Risk, Compliance, Taxation, Internal Controls, and Financial Reporting. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology, Najib has held various roles such as Director of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley Consultant, Chief Financial Officer, and PEP Facilitator. Throughout his career, he has managed audit plans, led projects to identify organizational risks, consulted clients on overlapping risk functions, and ensured the effectiveness of controls for clients in the financial services industry.
