Laura Bailey

Laura Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Service Manager at Service Innovation Group UK since April 2018, Laura has previously held key roles at Orchid Field Marketing from May 2009 to January 2018, including Client and Operations Manager and Senior Account Manager. Earlier in their career, Laura worked as an Account Manager at PMI Field Marketing from July 2005 to October 2008. Laura holds a 2:1 degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, completed in 2005, and attended Newlands Girls School from 1994 to 2001.
