In 1989, they joined Service IT Direct and has been serving as the CEO since then. In their current role, Mike is responsible for overseeing all operations and financial aspects of the company, including customer and prospect contract pricing, vendor relationships, and procurement. Mike also plays a vital role in training, mentoring, and growing the sales team. Mike is known for encouraging innovative ideas and fostering a supportive work environment. In 2016, Mike briefly worked as the CEO of Bizbang.
Mike Roberts attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1983 to 1987. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
