Thiago Uchoa

Thiago Uchoa has a strong background in the IT industry, with extensive work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Thiago began their career at D-Link Brasil as an Analyst Support, providing technical assistance to customers. Thiago then moved on to Core Technologies Comércio e Serviços de Informática Ltda-EPP, where they worked as an Infrastructure Analyst, specializing in the implementation and administration of virtualized vsphere environments. In 2013, Thiago joined Service IT Solutions as a Solutions Architect, where they played a crucial role in understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and designing hardware and software projects. Thiago contributed significantly to the development of high-availability solutions for the financial sector, cost reduction in retail companies through software-defined storage, and ensuring information security and business continuity for various companies. In 2018, Thiago joined SONDA IT as a Business Development Manager, focusing on data center and cloud solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Cloud at Service IT, demonstrating their increasing leadership capabilities in the field.

Thiago Uchoa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they have several certifications including CloudHealth Platform Administrator-Associate from CloudHealth by VMware, Master Specialist in VMware Cloud on AWS 2021 from VMware, VMware Certified Professional-Network Virtualization 2020 from VMware, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate in 2018.
