Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson was named Vice President of Finance in 2018. Jason has a broad range of responsibilities that include financial reporting, treasury, the annual audit process, tax compliance/planning, risk management, employee benefits and leading the financial integration of newly acquired businesses.

Jason originally joined Service Logic in 2015 and, prior to his current role, served as Corporate Controller. As Corporate Controller, Jason managed financial reporting, the day-to-day treasury function, and was heavily involved in insurance and employee benefits.

Before joining Service Logic, Jason served in different roles at Nucor and Time Warner Cable, which included operational accounting and internal/external reporting.

Jason began his career as an auditor with PwC in Charlotte, NC. He currently holds a CPA license and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and international business from the University of South Carolina.
