Scott Wulinsky

Scott Wulinsky was named Chief Financial Officer of Service Logic in August 2019. In this role, Scott is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and risk management. Scott also works closely with the deal teams on merger and acquisition activity.

Prior to joining Service Logic, Scott served as the Chief Accounting Officer for Novolex, a $3.5B private equity owned multi-national flexible packaging company, and, prior to that, was the Chief Accounting Officer of Affinia Group, Inc., a private equity owned global automotive aftermarket parts manufacturer.

Scott began his career in public accounting, primarily with PwC in Stamford, CT. After leaving PwC, Scott held numerous finance positions at two publicly traded companies, CUNO Inc. and Duke Energy Corporation.

Scott received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a CPA in the state of Connecticut.
