Tony Ponzo

Tony Ponzo was named Chief Operating Officer of Service Logic in October 2017 and is responsible for the post-acquisition operating activity of their past and newly acquired operating companies. Working closely with management teams to implement new business processes, identify investments and best practices that will drive future growth of their business units.

Tony has a long history of experience in all facets of the mechanical service business, with over 30 years of service to their industry. Prior to joining Service Logic, Tony held many roles at Midwest Mechanical a Service Logic company for over 20 years, where he served as President of Midwest Mechanical for the last 8 years. Under Tony’s leadership, Midwest experienced significant growth and increased market reputation.

Before being named President at Midwest Mechanical, Tony held a number of management roles with increasing responsibility in the organization that included, Business Development Director, General Manager and Senior Vice President.

Tony began his career in the field as a technician with Reedy Industries in Chicago, IL.
