Dawn Routledge

Dawn brings to Service NSW a passion for, and more than 20 years' experience in, driving strategic reform and delivering outcomes for customers.

As the Executive Director Partnerships, Projects and Insights, Dawn leads the delivery of projects that provide new services and benefits for customers, as well as the provision of high-quality cluster and agency partnership support.

Working closely with colleagues across Service NSW and the wider public sector, Dawn and her team manage the portfolio of new initiatives and develop insights to support ongoing customer improvements.

Dawn is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a professional member of the Institute of Public Administration Australia.
