Managing Director at Service Provider Capital

Ned Hill has a long and varied career in venture banking and venture capital. Ned began their career in 2008 as a Venture Advisor for Mercury Fund, a seed and early-stage venture capital firm. In 2011, they joined the board of DeepField, a network and subscriber analytics company that was acquired by Nokia in 2017. Ned then joined Apto as a Board Director/Observer in 2014. In 2015, they began working at Square 1 Bank as a Managing Director in the Technology Banking group, and also joined Venture Atlanta as a Selection Committee Chair/Co-chair. In 2016, they became a Mentor at the Atlanta Tech Village, and in 2017 they began working as a Managing Director at Service Provider Capital. In 2018, they joined the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Georgia, and in 2019 they began working as a Managing Director at Signature Bank's Venture Banking Group.

Ned Hill obtained their MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth between 1993 and 1995. From 1986 to 1990, they completed their BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Prior to that, they attended East Mecklenburg HS from 1984 to 1986 and James E. Taylor HS from 1982 to 1984.
