Philip Gager

Philip Gager has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Philip currently serves as Senior Managing Director at Trinity Capital, a leading venture debt provider. Prior to their current role, Gager was Managing Director at Service Provider Capital. Philip has also served as an Advisory Board member at Octane Marketing and Venture Banking Manager at Stifel Bank. Gager was Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Square 1 Bank from 2011 to 2019, where they oversaw tech and life science lending practices in New England and was responsible for regional P&L and management of tech and life science banking teams. From 2006 to 2000, Gager was Senior Vice President and Vice President at Capital Advisors Group, where they managed business development efforts in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, and Texas markets. Philip also served as Director of Marketing at Capital Advisors Group from 2000 to 2006.

Philip Gager completed their Bachelor of Arts in History at Colgate University from 1997 to 2000. Philip then went on to earn their MBA at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2003 to 2005.
