Rony Klayany is an experienced professional with a diverse background in performance analysis, customer service training, and business consulting. Currently serving as a Sr. Performance and Compensation Analyst at Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) since September 2010, Rony previously held the role of Compensation Analyst within the same organization. Rony has also been a Certified Customer Service Trainer at Service Quality Institute since 2008. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Partner at Creative Services Group sarl from 2006 to September 2010 and at CS Group Qatar LLC from April 2007 to April 2010, alongside a role as Quality Manager at ALAKSO sal from 2000 to 2007. Rony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Lebanese University.
