Clint Wallish has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Clint is currently working at Service Stream as the Head of Culture and Performance, overseeing talent acquisition and organizational development. Prior to this, Clint held roles at genU, TerryWhite Chemmart, Symbion Pty Ltd, Shell Company of Australia, Shell autoserv, and Productivity Increase Group, where they gained experience in various positions such as Group Organisational Development Manager, Organisational Development Manager, National Operations Manager, Learning and Development Manager, Learning and Development Advisor, and Training Manager.

Clint Wallish obtained a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems from Melbourne Polytechnic in 2004. In 2003, they received a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from RMIT University. Clint also holds a BA degree in Politics & Journalism from Deakin University, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their VCE at Essendon High School from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, Clint has obtained several certifications, including accreditation as a facilitator for DiSC, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and Insights Discovery.
