Janine Rauscher

Janine Rauscher has an extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Janine currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) and Service Stream since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People Consultant at Janine Rauscher Consulting from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Group General Manager, People & Culture at Assetlink, AssetFuture, and AssetProjects, leading transition and transformation efforts in Australia and New Zealand. Before that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources & Safety at Red & Yellow Creative School of Business in 2017. Janine worked as a People Consultant at CITIC Heavy Industries from 2014 to 2017 and as the Head of Human Resources & Safety at CROSSCITY MOTORWAY PTY LTD from 2012 to 2014. Their earlier experience includes serving as the National Human Resources Manager at Assetlink from 2010 to 2012.

Janine Rauscher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Janine also has a Master's Degree in Management from Macquarie Business School. Additionally, they have completed several certificate programs, including Leading Change in Times of Disruption from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Entrepreneurial Operations: Launching a Startup from Babson College, A Practical Guide to the Modern Slavery Act from the University of Technology Sydney, Sustainable Business from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), and Fighting Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking from the ACAMS Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Janine has also obtained certifications in LSI (Lifestyles Inventory) Accreditation from Human Synergistics and Occupational Testing Level 1 (Psychometric Testing) from Saville & Holdsworth Australia. Recently, they completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
