Shiva Adhikari

Shiva Adhikari is a seasoned IT security professional with a strong background in implementing security frameworks and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance organizational security posture. Currently serving as a Senior IT Security Analyst at Service Stream since July 2021, Shiva successfully led the implementation of ISO 27001:2022 controls, secured certification for the company, and contributed to winning multiple tenders through detailed security responses. Previous roles at Service Stream included Security Officer focused on Defence Industry Security Program compliance, and IT Security Analyst involved in evaluating security tools and coordinating key security services. Additionally, experience at the Department of Education & Training and IT4ANYONE PTY LTD encompasses networking projects, disaster recovery planning, and strategic IT consulting. Shiva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Deakin University and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Melbourne.
