Service to School
Luke Hixson is a dedicated undergraduate student at Princeton University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Ambassador for Service to School and an Ambassador for WarDocs, Hixson engages in various communication and promotional tasks. In addition, Hixson works as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Peña Lab at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute, focusing on the impact of early life stress on the epitranscriptome. Hixson has substantial volunteer experience, including a role as a Clinical Volunteer at The Mount Sinai Hospital and participation in the Rutgers ACES Fellowship program. As the Chief Technology Officer for Princeton Student Veterans, Hixson managed digital operations and data handling. Previous experience includes serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy and a Small Business Owner at LemmeOutMod.

Service to School is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to prepare transitioning military veterans for their next chapter of leadership by helping them gain admission to the best college or graduate school possible. S2S was founded by veterans and is led by veterans who are committed to transforming the veteran community through the power of higher education. Service to School empowers veterans to take control of their education by helping them throughout the entire application process. From test preparation to acceptance at the nation’s premier institutions of higher learning, Service to School is committed to every transitioning veteran’s success.
