Ruben Deleon

Ruben Deleon has a long history with Service West, Inc., starting as a Warehouse Team Member and working their way up to Vice President of Operations. In their current role, Ruben oversees installation projects, manages the Field Project Management Team, collaborates with the Sales Team for financial projections, and serves as a liaison between the company and union representation. Throughout their tenure, Ruben has gained extensive experience in various roles within the company.
