Jessi Huffman West

Jessi Huffman West, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving at Service Wire Company since August 2014, where leadership is provided across various HR functions in a dynamic work environment. Prior to this role, Jessi worked at Mardi Gras Casino and Resort from February 2010 to August 2014, initially as a Human Resources Assistant and later as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included administering HR plans, maintaining labor contract compliance, and managing grievance processes. Jessi holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Marshall University.
