Jerry Holland

Jerry Holland currently serves as the Director of Operations at Service Works since May 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Equifax Workforce Solutions from September 2010 to January 2021, where responsibilities included manager of quality and process improvement and quality assurance analyst. At Kiewit, Holland worked as a quality assurance analyst from 2008 to 2010 and performed various testing roles across multiple companies, ensuring software quality through the creation of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking. Holland has also held positions as a network engineer at MVP Laboratories and office manager at Big Red Carpet Cleaning. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology focusing on web design and computer science from the University of Phoenix, completed in 2018.
