Ravikanth Kasamsetty is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as VP of Global Engineering at ServiceChannel, Ravikanth oversees a team of 200 professionals in areas such as Application Engineering, DevOps, CloudOps, Data Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering. Previously, Ravikanth was VP of Engineering at Promethium, where innovations included AI-native data fabric systems, and held similar leadership roles at Milestone Inc. and Oracle, focusing on cloud-based business intelligence and multi-tenant platforms. With a strong background in scalable SaaS solutions and data-driven applications, Ravikanth has cultivated a career marked by significant contributions to the development of cutting-edge technology products. Ravikanth holds a B.Tech (Honors) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Penn State University.
