Danielle Peotter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Danielle currently holds the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at ServiceCore since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Yoga Instructor at Little Yoga Studio starting from June 2021. Danielle also served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Clearbit from November 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they joined Momentive.ai in August 2018 as a Director of Customer Success and was promoted from a Senior Manager position. At Momentive.ai, Danielle led a global team focused on customer retention and growth. Prior to their role at Momentive.ai, they worked at Kapost as a Director of Professional Services from March 2017 to December 2017 and as a Customer Success Manager from September 2015 to March 2017. Danielle's early work experience includes being a Senior Consultant at Hitachi Consulting from July 2012 to September 2015, where they delivered projects and provided expertise in project management, process documentation, data analysis, and more in the telecommunications and energy industries. So far, Danielle has demonstrated their expertise in customer success, professional services, and project management across a variety of roles.
Danielle Peotter attended the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing. In 2011, they also studied at Syracuse University of Florence, focusing on Italian, Business, and Art History. Additionally, in November 2016, they obtained a certification as a Change Management Professional from the Acuity Institute.
