Rachel Fuqua has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2023. Rachel started their career as a Nanny/Housekeeper while being self-employed from September 2016 to January 2020. Later, they worked as a Peer Tutor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from August 2018 to January 2020. In 2020, Rachel joined EzCater as a Customer Service Ninja from January to April. Simultaneously, they also worked at Wix.com as a Customer Care Expert from June 2020 to May 2021, and then as a Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst from May 2021 to February 2023. In 2022, they joined Signed 'N Sealed Notary LLC as a Signing Agent/Notary Public. Currently, Rachel is employed at ServiceCore as a Customer Service Representative, starting from April 2023.

Rachel Fuqua earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they attended from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Northcentral University, which began in 2022 and is expected to conclude in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel Fuqua has obtained various certifications, including Advanced Primavera P6 and Primavera P6 Essential Training from LinkedIn, the Loan Signing System Certification from the Loan Signing System, the National Notary Association SA Certification from the National Notary Association, the WFM - Scheduling certification from The Call Center School, and the Notary Public Commission from the Colorado Secretary of State's Office. The certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2023.
