Michael Luecke has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Contract Web Designer while self-employed. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow) at DXC Technology (formerly known as Keystone Management Solutions, UXC Keystone and Fruition Partners ANZ). In 2018, they joined Soapbox.ai as a Product Manager/Solution Consultant, where they developed, documented and designed the base product offerings on the Soapbox platform. In 2020, they moved to JDS Australia as a Technical Consultant (ServiceNow), running and facilitating remote technical workshops.
