Britney Bowen has over 6 years of experience in customer success, client success, and eCommerce implementation. Britney began their career in 2016 as an eCommerce Implementation Specialist at ABATIX, where they delivered a high level of professionalism and support to each client. In 2020, they joined Sitation as a Client Success Asst. Manager, where they maintained revenue base by managing B2B account retention and renewal, and worked closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other technical teams to ensure exceptional customer experience. Britney Bowen is currently enrolled in The University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing a degree in Software Engineering. Britney previously attended Dallas College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree. In addition to their academic pursuits, Britney has obtained two certifications: PIM Proficiency from Salsify in February 2021 and Service Hub Software Certified from HubSpot in August 2020.
