Polly Normand

Polly Normand is the current Director at ServiceNet. Polly has over 17 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Polly has worked as a registered dietitian, a health and wellness consultant, and as the President of Pioneer Valley Nutrition. Polly has also worked as the Service Line Director for Medical Specialties at Baystate Health. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the medical specialty service line, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives. Polly has a passion for helping others improve their health and wellbeing, and they are excited to continue making a difference in their community through their work at ServiceNet.

Polly Normand has a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition from the same school. Polly also has a certification from the Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education (formerly known as NCBDE) as a Certified Diabetes Educator, and a certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Finally, they have a certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
