Iliana Zelayandía has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Iliana began their career as a Data Entry Specialist at Data-Core Systems Inc. in 2009 and later transitioned to become an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from 2009 to 2010. Iliana also held the role of Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. from 2006 to 2009.

In 2011, Iliana joined TELUS International as a Technical Support Specialist for Google Workspace. Iliana then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Google Quality Analyst, Google Team Leader, and eventually Google Operations Manager. As the Google Operations Manager, Iliana successfully executed projects, strategies, and action plans to deliver excellent customer service to one of TELUS International's biggest clients. Most recently, in 2022, Iliana joined SEBPO as a Senior Operations Manager, where they are currently working.

Iliana Zelayandía completed their Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Bucks County Community College from 2008 to 2010. Iliana then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado from 2010 to 2012. Afterwards, they attended ESI School of Management from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2015 to 2016, Iliana pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Project Management at EUDE Business School.

In terms of certifications, Iliana obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from TELUS International in March 2015. In April 2016, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the same institution. In April 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from TELUS International. Additionally, they obtained The Effortless Experience certification from Google in May 2018. Most recently, they obtained Digital Media Essentials and Programmatic Essentials certifications from Basis Technologies in October 2022.
