Abhishek Dash is an experienced professional in the technical support and customer service field, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Technical Support Delivery at ServiceNow since March 2016. With a progressive career at ServiceNow, Abhishek has held various positions including Manager of Customer Support, Technical Lead/Senior Engineer in Service Management, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Abhishek worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer from October 2012 to March 2016, contributing to consulting and business solutions that deliver tangible results to global businesses.
