Ala Qasem

Ala Qasem is an experienced software engineer currently serving as an Associate Software Engineer at ServiceNow since June 2024. Prior to this role, Ala worked as a Software Engineer at KODIF for a brief period and held multiple positions at Berea College from April 2020 to December 2023, including Software Developer, Computer Science Teaching Assistant, Library Acquisitions Assistant, and Chemistry Teaching Assistant.
