Alicia Zika

Alicia Zika currently serves as the Director of Global People Operations at ServiceNow, beginning in September 2024, where responsibilities include managing vendor operations, compliance, and the Global Contingent Workforce Program. Prior to this role, Alicia held multiple positions at Allegis Global Solutions from January 2020 to August 2024, including Senior Solutions Executive, Solutions Executive, and Business Development Executive. Additionally, Alicia volunteered as Chapter President for the Washington State University Alumni Association from January 2013 to December 2015. Alicia Zika holds a BA in Business Marketing from Washington State University and an Executive MBA with a specialization in Advanced Corporate Level Strategy and US Business Law from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
