Amit N. is an experienced leader in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Director of Outbound Product Management for App Engine GTM at ServiceNow since July 2021. With a robust background that includes roles such as Head of Customer Success at DTEN and VP of Customer Success at BigPanda, Amit has a proven track record of developing data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption. Previous experience includes managing global services at Gigya, where Amit oversaw implementations and team performance, and technical roles at Cisco Systems, Infoblox Inc., and Model N.
