Ankit Desai

Ankit Desai is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading AI-driven solutions and enhancing enterprise productivity. Currently serving as Sr Staff Product Manager for AI Experiences at ServiceNow since April 2025, Ankit focuses on personalized conversational AI and enterprise search within the platform. Previously, Ankit held the position of Staff Product Manager at LinkedIn from November 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included developing AI/ML products and workflow management tools. Ankit also contributed as a featured speaker at Product School and managed significant software portfolios at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading to substantial revenue growth and market leadership. Earlier roles included portal project management at Deloitte and portal management at Pratt & Whitney. Ankit holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Sardar Patel University.
