Ankur Jain

Ankur Jain is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at ServiceNow from July 2018 to March 2025, Ankur leads engineering for multiple CRM platform products, including AI-driven solutions. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager and Development Manager at ServiceNow, where Ankur oversaw multiple scrum teams and built key products from the ground up. Ankur's experience also encompasses a position as Principal Engineer I and Engineering Manager at Host Analytics Inc, focusing on infrastructure and security modules for an enterprise SaaS company, and Vice President of Technology at Reflection Technologies, where a mobile-first social network for education was developed. Earlier in the career, Ankur contributed as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, working on scalable platforms for the Bing Search Engine, and as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, where the NBAR system for deep packet inspection was developed. Ankur holds an Integrated Dual Degree in Electronics and Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
