Apoorva Srivastava

Apoorva Srivastava is an experienced professional in the field of digital technology operations and IT service management. Currently serving as Director of Digital Technology Operations at ServiceNow since March 2024, Apoorva oversees critical areas including End User Computing and Disaster Recovery. Prior to this role, Apoorva held the position of Function Head at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, focusing on Major Incident Management and Program Management.
