Chad Niswonger

Chad Niswonger is a seasoned professional in product management and solutions architecture, currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Manufacturing After-Market Service at ServiceNow, focusing on best of breed solutions. Previously, Chad held various roles at IFS North America, including Senior Solutions Architect and Business Solutions Consultant, where expertise in after-market service support and complex problem solving was demonstrated. Experience also includes leadership positions at WennSoft as Director of Solution Consulting and Solution Consulting Manager, as well as multiple positions at Microsoft, such as ERP Partner Technology Advisor and Sales Manager for ERP Products and Services. Chad earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from The University of Findlay and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
