Courtney McShane

Courtney McShane is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in business development and go-to-market strategies across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of AWS Business at ServiceNow since October 2022, Courtney has previously held significant roles at VMware as Director of WW Tanzu Synergy Solutions GTM and at Pivotal Software, Inc. as Program Management Director for Dell Tech Global Alliances. Other notable positions include Director of Marketing and Business Development at Willbros Group, Inc. and various roles at EMC, including Analyst Relations Manager. In addition to professional commitments, Courtney has been a Volunteer Mentor at Torch and served on the Board of Directors for the Appalachian Basin GPA Midstream Association. Educational qualifications include a BS in Managerial Economics and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Bentley University.
