Dan Grady

Dan Grady has extensive experience in product management and sales within the technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Outbound Product Management for In-Platform Process Mining at ServiceNow since April 2016. Recognized for achievements in mentorship and innovation, Dan has received the ITSM Yoda Mentorship Award and the NowX Unicorn Wrangler Award in 2023. Prior to ServiceNow, Dan held various roles at Information Builders from 1999 to 2016, culminating in the position of Director of WebFOCUS Sales and Demo Strategy. Dan's early career includes roles as a System Engineer and QA Analyst. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from St. Joseph's University New York.
