David Ross

David Ross is an experienced sales and leadership professional currently serving as the Director of CRM UKI at ServiceNow since July 2025, focusing on modern CRM and AI benefits for enterprise and commercial clients. Prior to this role, David held several key positions at Amplience, including EVP Global Sales and Partnerships, VP EMEA, and VP Sales UK, from March 2022 to July 2025. David's extensive experience also includes serving as Regional Vice President for Retail and Senior Client Lead, Enterprise at Salesforce from January 2016 to March 2022, where a focus was placed on customer success in the Travel, Hospitality, and Retail sectors. Earlier in the career, David worked at Cisco from July 2005 to December 2015 as an Account Manager, contributing to business generation and technological innovation, and began at Logica in OSS/BSS Consulting Sales and Marketing on an industrial placement in 2003-2004. David holds a BSc Hons in Information Systems with Management Studies from the University of Leeds, achieved between 2001 and 2005, and attended The Latymer School from 1994 to 2001.
