Drupad Mistry

Drupad Mistry is a highly experienced Staff Product Designer at ServiceNow since October 2022. Previously, Drupad served as a User Experience Consultant at Aeroservices and POCOCARE, focusing on UX strategies for aviation spare parts procurement and assisted medical care for senior citizens, respectively. At McKinsey & Company, Drupad led product design teams, enhancing the firm's UX practices. Earlier roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Syncron, where Drupad worked on award-winning cloud-based products, and Principal User Experience Consultant at 1to1help.net, developing mobile experiences for a counseling platform. Drupad's extensive background also includes senior positions in UX strategy at VML and managing experience design at Secure Meters Limited. A graduate of Domus Academy with a Master’s in Interaction Design and a Bachelor’s in Product Design from Symbiosis Institute of Design, Drupad has contributed to various domains including retail, banking, and airlines over a career beginning in 2012.
