Hessam Amini

Hessam Amini currently holds the position of Staff Applied Research Scientist at ServiceNow since June 2022, having also served as a Senior Applied Research Scientist. In parallel, Hessam Amini has been a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Concordia University's Computational Linguistics Laboratory since September 2017, contributing to courses in Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems. Previous experience includes roles as a Research Scientist Intern at Nuance Communications, Machine Learning Developer at Coveo, and Organizer for the Montreal Natural Language Processing initiative.
