Imad Y.

Imad Y. serves as the Director of AI Operations & Data Services for Generative AI at ServiceNow since June 2022, focusing on budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with FinOps principles to ensure financial stability. Previously, Imad Y. held the position of Sr. Director, Business Operations & Program Management in the Security Business Group at Cisco from February 2015 to June 2022, overseeing operations for a substantial OpEx budget exceeding $1 billion and strategic planning for revenue upwards of $4 billion. Earlier experience includes roles as Director of Engineering and Business Operations at Western Digital, where Imad Y. managed capital planning and operational excellence, as well as leading engineering and production teams. Imad Y. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from San Jose State University, with further education from National University and The Johns Hopkins University.
