Jhanna Nelson

Jhanna Nelson has extensive experience in administrative support and office management, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the SVP & GM of ECN Products at ServiceNow since July 2017, where responsibilities include supporting employee and creator workflow businesses, and overseeing the NowX Incubation and Future Products division. Prior roles at Hapara included positions as Executive Assistant to the VP of Industry Products and Office Manager, where Jhanna managed office operations and supported C-level executives. Experience also includes event coordination, accounts receivable/payable, and loan processing across various financial institutions. Jhanna's career began in administrative roles, demonstrating a strong aptitude for organization and support throughout multiple industries.
