Jim Woida, CPP, PSP, CPD, currently serves as the Senior Manager Regional Security Americas West at ServiceNow, having previously held the position of Head of Global Security & Risk / Chief Security Officer at Bloom Energy, where Jim led initiatives resulting in a significant reduction of unauthorized access incidents, perimeter breaches, and safety compliance issues. Jim's prior experience includes critical roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where regulatory fines were reduced by $30 million through comprehensive security measures, and managerial positions at Allied Universal and Security Industry Specialists, focusing on emergency management and customer service excellence. With a foundational career in public safety with the City of Sunnyvale and the County of Santa Clara, Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Services Management and various relevant certifications.
