Jingfei Chen

Jingfei Chen currently serves as a Sr Principal Product Manager at ServiceNow, overseeing the product vision and strategy for AI text-to-action initiatives and leading teams focused on machine learning products. Previously, Jingfei held the position of Associate Director at Agio, where leadership was directed towards a Platform-as-a-Service vision through workflow transformation. Prior experience includes a role as Product Lead at TD, managing DevOps practices and developing enterprise applications, and as Senior IT Product Manager at Axanto Group Inc., where Jingfei established the product vision and standards for a fintech product suite.
