Justin Brown

Justin Brown is a seasoned leader in technical support and customer success, currently serving as the Global Integrations Technical Support Leader at ServiceNow, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of over 200 engineers to enhance customer integration experiences. Previously, Justin was Vice President of Customer Success at ICE Mortgage Technology and held various vice president roles at Avaya, managing large teams and driving significant process improvements. Additionally, Justin serves as the School Board Vice President and Trustee for Pleasanton Unified School District, advocating for the educational experience of over 13,000 students. Earlier career milestones include key leadership positions at Nortel Networks, where Justin led customer service operations and quality improvement initiatives. Justin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and an MBA in Telecommunications from The University of Dallas.
